The right to a fair trial

January 2002.
A Columbian Lawyer appears before the Quidbo Court representing the interests of the families of a Colombian priest and a young Basque volunteer assassinated by a paramilitary group.

She is the subject of physical threats because of her professional activities. ASF sends a lawyer without borders to the area. This international presence allows a very tense trial to go ahead in an atmosphere of relative calm. The accused is found guilty.
