Avocats Sans Frontières (ASF) is a non-governmental organisation created in 1992 in Brussels (Belgium) and registered under Belgian law.  The organisation is composed primarily of lawyers, legal advisors and judges.

The role of ASF is to contribute to and promote, in complete independence, the establishment of a just, equitable and united society, in which both the law and justice serve those who need them the most (including protection of civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights).

In accordance with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 concerning the protection of privacy, ASF is obligated to protect and guarantee the confidential nature of all personal information obtained or provided in the course of visits to our website.
